Watch: Breathtaking Microscopic Footage of Marine Life
A mind-boggling new video has captured up-close-and-personal footage of the secret life of coral reefs under high magnification. The stunning 3.5-minute clip, dubbed Slow Life, was created with 150,000 shots taken by photographer Daniel Stoupin, BuzzFeed reports. Using time-lapse cinematography, Stoupin is able to speed up slow marine life processes that we typically can’t witness and appreciate, such as a feather duster worm blossoming open and Favia coral pulsating with life.
