We publish on average three papers per week, or 12 per month. All Science Express papers ultimately appear simultaneously in print and online approximately 6-8 weeks later. Science publishes 15% of its papers right now through Science Express, but these are often the most important papers. For example, all of the SARS papers were first published in Science Express.
