A 410-million-year-old arachnid is on the prowl again—at least in videos that have recreated its gait, BBC reports. Using well-preserved fossils of a trigonotarbid, one of the first predators to walk on land, researchers have estimated its range of motion to generate animations of the creature on the move. The work will be published today in the Journal of Paleontology.
