Sky cars are headed to Israel for a test run. The greener form of transportation will work by hanging vehicles from magnetic tracks to bypass traffic below, BBC reports. By 2015, a 500-meter track will be built on the campus of Israel Aerospace Industries with "cars" that can reach 70 kilometers per hour. SkyTran, the company behind the transit system, hopes the test track will prove their technology works so that large-scale projects can commence.
