Pizza beer and peanut butter cup beer are nowhere near as wild as one of the latest concoctions. Bone Dusters, a new amber ale created in Ashburn, Virginia, is made with 35-million-year-old fossilized whale bones—or at least yeast that was swiped from them. Although most of the yeast samples found on the whale made for nasty-tasting beer, one offered up a nice fruity flavor. Those excited about the peculiar brew will be able to taste the ale soon in bars across Washington, D.C., the Washington Business Journal reports.
