Live Coverage: House Climate Hearing

ScienceInsider is blogging live from the House of Representatives Science and Technology Committee's hearing on climate science going on right now, along with NASA climate scientist Gavin Schmidt (who usually blogs at RealClimate).

It's a weird panel, set up by Representative Brian Baird (D-WA), who heads the panel's Energy and Environment Subcommittee. Usually the minority gets witnesses on one or two panels, but Democrats have allowed minority witnesses on all three panels. Perhaps they are trying to win some goodwill from Republicans who will soon run this panel and others likely to launch investigations on climate.

Our coverage will run live, updated continuously—no need to hit F5. Comments welcome.
