Suit on Testosterone Labeling

A scientist at Health Canada has sued his boss, the Ottawa Citizen reports, claiming that his effort to modify the label of testosterone drugs led her to call him mentally unstable and give him poor performance reviews. Thaddeus Yarney, a reproductive endocrinologist, is asking for $600,000 (CAD) in a lawsuit filed in Ottawa. Yarney's complaint begins in 2005 when he reportedly began working under a new supervisor, Barbara Rotter.
