When we visited Phnom Penh in June 2003, there was only one place to go for free anti-HIV drugs: the French branch of Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), which ran a clinic on the grounds of the Old Russian Hospital. We met with MSF's Didier Laureillard at the end of a long day--as the patient records in his hands testify.
