This bed-ridden woman who lives in a suburb of Kampala, Uganda, shares this home with her brother, who is sitting on the chair. She has tuberculosis, chronic diarrhea, and what appears to be AIDS dementia. What little she says comes at a great struggle. But one thing she says reverberates with its simple truth: "I'm not OK."
