A Cameroonian virologist trained in Belgium who ended up in Abidjan's Projet RETRO-CI after failing to find a good job in his country, John Nkengasong is committed to working in Africa. "There are many people in the States who are better than I am," says Nkengasong. "I can contribute to the development of Africa here."
