Simultaneous demonstration of catecholamines and neuropeptides-rhesus monkey supraoptic nucleus. A technique for the simultaneous demonstration of monoamines and neuropeptides was used to visualize catecholamine varicosities (blue) which appear to contact the soma and dendrites of a neurophysin-containing neuron (orange).
