Delay in Europe Could Mean Extra Year for U.S. Collider

With the start-up of the world's new highest-energy atom smasher, the Large Hadron Collider, delayed until April 2008, physicists at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory are discussing whether to run the lab's venerable Tevatron collider for another year, through 2010.
