GLOBAL WARMING:
U.N. Conference Puts Spotlight on Reducing Impact of Climate Change

NAIROBI--Here at the annual U.N. conference of nations that have ratified the Kyoto Protocol, delegates fleshed out an Adaptation Fund that will funnel assistance to developing countries that bear the brunt of climate change.
