U.K. Researchers Win Concessions on Draft Tissue Law

CAMBRIDGE, U.K.--The British government has significantly modified a controversial bill regulating the use of human tissues collected as part of medical procedures and autopsies, after scientists warned that an earlier draft would seriously hamper research.
