DENVER, COLORADO--At the 204th meeting of the American Astronomical Society 30 May to 3 June, astronomers revealed the dusty remnants of a consumed galaxy, the ascent of women astronomers, and a barely detected dwarf satellite of the nearby Andromeda galaxy.
