IMMUNOLOGY:
The Robin Hood of Antigen Presentation

Gennaro De Libero

Immunologists continue to unveil a startling diversity in the antigenic repertoire of T cells, which now rivals that of B cells. In his Perspective, De Libero discusses new work (Zhou et al., Moody et al.) that adds lipopeptide antigens to the list of T cell immunogens and reveals how lipid antigens are handled in antigen-presenting cells and then presented to T cells.
