PROTEOMICS: Enhanced: Integrating Interactomes

In the postgenomic era, working out which proteins interact with each other will be important for finding out what each protein does. In their Perspective, Gerstein et al. describe new work (Tong et al.) that combines two completely different data sets to work out which yeast proteins interact and which peptide recognition domains are involved.
