Thirty Nations Pledge to Harmonize Degrees

PRAGUE--Last week, the education ministers of 30 European nations agreed to bolster efforts to bring their systems of higher education closer together. They endorsed reforms that should make it easier for students and researchers to move freely among Europe's sometimes disparate universities.
