Weird New Exoplanets Leave Theory Behind

SAN DIEGO--A prolific U.S. team of planet hunters unveiled the latest pair of extrasolar planetary systems at a conference here last week. The masses and orbits of the planets in these two-planet systems are proving difficult for astrophysicists to explain and are showing how little researchers know about the formation of planetary systems.
