SPACE STATION:
Report Sees More Overruns, Delays
Andrew Lawler
The latest independent assessment of the status of the international space station, released last week, estimates that NASA will need an extra $7 billion and as much as three more years to complete work on its pieces of the project, which includes contributions from Europe, Japan, Canada, and Russia.
