CellPro Inc., in Bothell, Washington, is mounting an emotional public relations campaign in its effort to overturn a court ruling that it is infringing a patent held by Johns Hopkins University. The campaign is focused on the fact that the disputed technology was used to treat CellPro's own CEO, who was diagnosed with a usually fatal cancer.
