A new line of agaroses is DNase-, RNase-, and protease-free. AquaPor LE is a low electroendosmosis (EEO) agarose for routine DNA analyses. AquaPor ES, with low EEO and high gel strength, can be used for electrophoresis of DNA from 1 kb to 10 Mb. AquaPor HR is a high-resolving matrix for 20 bp to 25 kb DNA, and can be used for in-gel polymerase chain reaction (PCR) re-amplification. AquaPor LM is a low-melting agarose for 20 bp to 25 kb DNA and can be used for both in-gel ligation and PCR re-amplification. National Diagnostics.
