SARS Experts in China Urge Wider Animal Testing

TOKYO--This week's online issue (www.sciencemag.org/cgi/content/abstract/1087139) contains findings from researchers who first implicated live wild animals in the transmission of the severe acute respiratory syndrome virus in a southern China market. And a joint team of experts has agreed on recommendations for monitoring the live animal trade and searching for a SARS reservoir.
