Lipoprotein Patterns in Acrylamide Gel Electrophoresis

Lipoproteins of serum stained before electrophoresis gave distinct patterns in acrylamide gel of 3-percent concentration. Samples compared in parallel on gel slabs showed qualitative differences in migration rates of beta-lipoprotein bands.
