Immunoelectrophoresis Reveals Collagen Solubility in Human Serum

A fraction of humanserum proteins which contains hydroxyproline migrates, on electrophoresis, with the agr2-beta-globulins. Immunoelectrophoresis with rabbit antiserum to soluble human collagen reveals an immunologically collagen-like protein in the human serum.
