    Several movie clips of affected MWHD having myoclonic seizures (observe sudden rapid jerking) and myoclonic-astatic seizures (myoclonus with drop attack). Phono and Photosensitivity of the myoclonus are demonstrated, the latter by simply covering and uncovering the eyes. In addition, a fine recurring epileptic tremor of the head is shown.
