In each table, one column is replaced by three more detailed columns "to clarify the number of observed mutations and make it easier for readers to identify genes of greatest interest for their further work." In each of the tables, the three new columns provide data on the number of tumors containing mutation in the discovery screen, the number of tumors containing mutation in the validation screen, and the number of mutations observed per Mb of sequence analyzed; these columns replace the column for estimated fraction of tumors containing mutation.
