Incorporation of Tritiated Actinomycin D into Drug-Sensitive and Drug-Resistant HeLa Cells

HeLa cells, sensitive and resistant to actinomycin D, were treated with the tritiated antibiotic; only the nuclei of the drug-sensitive cells incorporated the tritium.
