Determination of the Mixing Ratios of Water Vapor and Carbon Dioxide in the Stratosphere

Values for water vapor mixing ratio (0.32 g/kg) and carbon dioxide content (0.030 percent by volume) were measured at 119,300 feet and are compared with values obtained by others at lower altitudes.
