WesternU College of Pharmacy offers a 2-year Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences program with areas of study in Molecular Pharmacology, Computer-aided Drug Design,Immunology, Virology, Antimicrobial Agents, Cancer Therapy, Neurosciences & Neuropharmacology, Pharmaceutical Formulation & Drug Delivery, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacogenomics, and Toxicology.
A full tuition waiver and a full teaching assistantship with a stipend of $21 ,000 per year are available for admitted students.
The program will provide students with a strong research focus and the training and skills needed to enter a career in academia, the pharmaceutical industry, or public/private research institutions. The program's alumni have joined internationally recognized biomedical research institutes where they are contributing to revolutionary translational research programs. Others have gone on to enter PhD and medical professional programs throughout the United States.
